Under Article 61 of the Magna Carta 1215 a more vital document, clearly states that we have the right to enter into lawful rebellion with full protection under our constitutional laws.
Any Act, Statute and subsequent law or legislation formed by these actions, that effects freedoms asserted to us, is evidently unjust, invalid and most certainly illegal.
