Depends. Are you in a court case? Do they have your SSN, DOB ?
This info is not readily available without a reason, and your SSN and DOB to confirm identity.

US Attorneys can claim that you’re a terrorism suspect and get anything they want by demanding. All other attorneys must get a subpoena.

Yes, a lawyer can get anything concerning a case that he/she is working on.

Yes they can. All they have to do is subpoena the record and they can have full access to your workers comp files.
