@stelpan62 you don’t understand the job of an attorney? an attorney supposed to defend his/her client to the best of what he can. or else he will be held responsible ethically or legally . so of course he has to argue the mother side and sure can sleep at night. it’s not his decision. it’s the judge and jury decision.

Darlie is innocent. Take the time, read the court transcripts on her case. Look at the facts and evidence that were not entered for the jury to see. Look at her own injuries. If as the state said, that darlie wanted to be free and able to enjoy her life as it was without children, then why leave her youngest child alive. If you look over her case, not the 48 hour or 20/20 media portrayed shows, but the real court transcripts and evidence, you will see the truth and feel horrible for a woman.

Being the mom of a special needs child, who has dealt with all the same stuff the women in this video described…. all I can say is she is GUILTY!! Had that child continued to be sick once she was removed I would probably say differently, however, the fact that she recovered almost instantly upon leaving that house… makes it obvious that woman is a monster. But, how in the world did she manage to fool the doctors, that is the question that bother me the most.

I like that this video was posted, but I want to put a thumbs down to all the child abusers!!!. Coming from a rough childhood; I know what it’s like to feel helpless at a young age…it’s a horrible feeling. This video disturbs me. I pray for Jennifer and that she is doing well; and that she has gotten away from her twisted family.

First Question: What does the bottom paragraph below this video even have to do with this case? It’s irrelevant!! I believe that she is obviously guilty of child abuse, and it’s clear that Jennifer is healthy….so how is there question to the fact whether she committed child abuse? It’s clear she did. The girl told the truth on the stand. I’m pretty positive that if something terrible was happening that the victim would know it…I think that the boys and father knew what was happening. clearly

She’s Guilty for sure. Throughout the video she shifts blame and reasoning on other people yet never does she at all acknowledge at least maybe a tiny mistake or why maybe her actions may have given the wrong impressions of others. Also what is most suspicious is immediately when doctors first examined suspicious circumstances of her daughters symptoms she IMMEDIATELY turned around and sued them which had them shut up. The truth will eventually catch up with you no matter what and be revealed.

One more thing I’d like to add. How would the child get better after being removed from the home if this child had that many illnesses?? She wouldn’t! It’s that simple!
