Look in the phone book or on the Internet and find a lawyer with a Spanish surname. Make sure you get a patent lawyer.

    Go here:

    https://oedci.uspto.gov/OEDCI/query.jsp

    and do a search.

First try entering the first 3 digits of your zip code. That will give you a list of patent attorneys and agents near you. You can try calling a few with Spanish surnames. Or you can go to the web cite of the law firm they are associated with. There is a chance that some of the web pages indicate some fluency in Spanish.

Alternatively, you can search for attorneys located in the south west …New Mexico for example, and call a few…

Alternatively, you can search for attorney in Venezuela and ask them if they work with anyone in the U.S…….

You can call the State Bar Association and request a referral or look in the phone book(yellow pages) under patent attorneys. If they are bilingual they should note it in their ad.
