How do lawyers get your mailing information after you have been recently arrested?


How would i go about getting this list of arrested people?

    Because your arrest is public record.

    Once you become arrested or receive a citation, your address becomes public information.

    Public record, I collect data for 19 of them and mail them a report.

    As long as you are over 18, this is considered public information. Lawyers and news reporters know exactly how to get their hands on the info quickly. They stay up to date. It is part of their job.

    Check it out-search your county arrest records (like Orange County arrest records). Generally you can search those records by name OR arrest date. It gives addresses, birth dates…….really an identity theft issue there.

    they get the list from the court officers that process the paperwork through out the days and also they get reports from the police dept on accidents and so forth…

    Public records.
    If anyone files for bankruptcy, he gets the same junk mail too, from all these scammers offering money
    When you get divorced you get junk mail from dating services.
    When your are pregnant you get junk mail from Johnson&Johnson, Gerber insurance… etc.

    It is disgusting
