From the people we have known that lost their house due to foreclosure, or people we have known to be evicted it has been
a total of 90 days. You should start getting things ready for a
storage unit in-case you have even less time. Check with your bankruptcy lawyer, you don’t want a surprise visit from the sheriff..who is the one that serves the eviction papers. Sorry for your loss.
