How much do lawyers charge for Partition Actions?


I am in a bad place. I own a house with two other people. They are doing nothing to get the house ready for sale. It’s in total disarray. One person I am dealing with is a total control freak. And they both are liars. We all agree that the house has to be sold. But I am powerless against their laziness and lies. Nothing is getting done even though I suggest it.

    A lawyer can’t make them get the house ready.

    Call real estate lawyers in your area to see what they charge.
