are they refusing because this is self incrimination. if one is pulled over for suspicion of DUI, should they refuse to blow and remain silent until they have legal representaion. license suspension for a year is automatic for a year but a dui is for life. is this why they refuse the sobriety tests?

I’m not sure about FL, but in some states if you refuse to submit to a test it’s an arrest. So either way they’re in trouble.
