The ministry was advised not to go ahead with the suit because Israel could win the case and Kuwait would pays billions of dollars in compensation because the ship violated international law.

This is an old video portraying initial reactions. Sorry, the news is coming out and looks like it wasn’t such a peaceful boat afterall! Check the news updates, everybody. As investigations continue, and new video and photos are posted, it looks like Israel was right to board the ship to protect Israeli citizens.
If the blockade is lifted, Hamas will bring in more weapons to shoot into Israel.

We’re now starting to get accounts from the passengers of the boat of what really happened prior to the commandoes landed on the boat. Smoke canisters were shot on to the boat with calls from the pirates to stop their engines. They had no right to command this ship in international waters. Later they then began firing live rounds at the ship before they boarded. Is it any wonder the people on board attacked the commandos as they slung down ropes armed to the teeth. They then murdered 9 people.
