Jonathan Irish and Stephanie Taylor testify before the NH House ‘Redress of Grievance’ Caucus regarding the ‘Oath Keepers child custody’ brouhaha, 10/19/2010. Lots of history ’round here, if you’re interested. (FYI, you should be…) Full hearing available at bikerbillnh.blogspot.com

@elzippo AFAIK, this was the first Caucus session on this issue (and the Caucus is still denied any official status by House leadership — search my blog for ‘redress’ for the history). I consider the 1st round to have had DCYF merrily and arrogantly on the offensive. The 2nd round is being defined by the turning of tables. Regardless, the next legislative session will get really rolling in a few months. It’s gonna get interesting all ’round. Stay tuned…

Round 2? How many rounds is it going to take to get the caucus to draft and sponsor bills to impeach the criminal Judge and DCYF officials that were involved??? Seems like cut and dry violation of this families civil rights and their Oath of Office.

Hold on when did they show up with an arrest warrant for David? Was that what the Trooper came in for?

That clip is more about the sideshow, however. From my blog commentary:
But first, the “Curious Timing Award” goes to… The (Merrimack County?) Sheriff’s Department, who shows up to serve an arrest warrant on the primary witness, David Johnson — a long-time, easy to find community member, and rather unlikely flight risk given the potential to further jeopardize contact with his daughter — before his scheduled testimony in front of the legislative branch against the judicial branch. Hmm…

@RidleyReport Nope, I have others, most particularly from 6/9/2009 and 4/27/2010 (recorded 4/26). Although the 2nd one’s technically a bill of ADdress, not REdress, and heard by an honest-to-god legislative committee, it RESULTED from the redress hearings. YouTube clip at watch?v=aVTldKtxYfM. Search my blog adventuresinthefreestate(dot)com for “redress” for more video and background/history.

This is the first vid i know of , of a state house petition for redress hearing. Although hearing may not be the right word. I would have enjoyed seeing a shot of the spectators, if any. But this will be useful vid if the situation heats up again.
