Attorneys for jailed hip-hop soldier Marc Hall filed a petition in federal court on Monday in an attempt to stop the Army from transferring Hall to Iraq for court martial. Hall currently remains incarcerated in the Liberty County Jail, Hinesville, Georgia.

Iraq had no ICBMs no WMDs and no connection to Al-Qa’ida. The so called coalition of the willing acted out side of the proper international protocols of war held by the U.N and NATO.

I do understand, and this whole issue complicated, while i do advocate conscietous objectors, I would never advocate abandoning your brothers in the field. One of the things I like about were I live is you always know your fellow veterens got yer back. I also believe the best way we can support our troops is by bringing them home. The war wont be over for those guys even after their home. In vietnam, we lost more soldiers to suicide after they returned than got killed in Vietnam.

Regardless of how evil the war might be, regardless of how much my recruiter lied, or regardless of how much stop loss sucks, I could never abandon my brothers and leave them without their medic. That’s something all these spoiled little brats attacking me will never understand, but I hope you do.
