Why should ANYONE need to beg the stinking government-owned prosecutor?? The PEOPLE have every right to press charges on their own!! Let the jury decide. No prosecutor has the right to obstruct justice and interfere with the legal process. This family is injured. Criminal prosecution is mandatory in this case. Impeach the prosecutor for malfeasance and criminal obstruction.
