I’m a law student hoping to relocate to Hawaii in 5 years or so. I’m originally from LA and I’ve heard from various people that some residents feel land locked after awhile. Is Hawaii a fun, diverse, and adventurous place to raise a family and have a lucrative law career? What industry is in the most need of lawyers?

I would recommend looking up the Hawaii bar association page. Maybe search for lawyers in HI. I imagine similar legal issues arise as the lower 48, but there may be more related to tourism as well as the major industries in the state.
