Need to know what type of attorneys deal with complaints with government assistance issues. Have a friend that need help. She think she is being bullied and wrongfully rejected. Should she complain are keep silent? She thinks she might get rejected if she complain.

Legal aid i think plus public defender could tell you though public defenders defend those in court without enough money. other approaches are civic forums and civic banks where citizens decide in public forum to allocate money together for the commnunity.
the citizens also have take action sections in forum papers to submit articles for in a creative commons.
