I mean, if you have a decent case, or someone such as a large corporation used your let’s say, a youtube video on TV, sure you could sue them, but because they’re so huge, you would lose. Why? If a big corporation breaks the law, why are you forced to lose the case simply because you can’t afford a more expensive lawyer? Isn’t a law kinda established? How can you win a case where there is actual evidence against you?

Bigger corporations have more money to hire better lawyers, the reason the lawyers are better is, the college and prep school they went to, the type of training they received, their own personalities, the proportion of cases won to cases lost, and the lawyers knowledge of the law. If your video has no copyright then it cant be protected, and thats most likely why you’d loose.

The ability of the attorney is dependent on the person wishing to hire one is if they take the time to prepare by creating a chronological statement, and interviewing several attorneys before deciding on one.
