I know some people are gona be like man up, but I’d like to see you go outside when the heat index is 120+ and run a mile, and do many drills and practice football in general. The actually temp in around 100, but with humidity it’s 125. I’m not a baby, but chances are you might get a heat stroke. I’m not exaggerating the temperature or the heat index.

Practicing two-a-days in that type of heat is the ultimate test that proves whether or not a player is in shape for football. This is why it is very important for a football player to eat healthy, and exercise by doing a lot of running every day during the summer. If you do these two things, you will greatly improve your chances of being successful in football this season, as well as get into better shape for practicing two-a-days.
