Return & Refund Policy

At SoPoly, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • All returns are subject to a physical inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.

  • Return requests made after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

3. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

To request an RMA:

  1. Email claims@sopoly.com with your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number.

  3. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of each package to avoid processing delays.

4. Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds are processed only after the item has been inspected and approved.

  • Method: Approved refunds (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days after inspection for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right:

  1. Take clear photos immediately of the packaging and the product damage.

  2. Email the photos and your order number to claims@sopoly.com.

  3. Once reviewed, we will promptly arrange for replacement parts or a full replacement product at no additional cost to you.

6. Delivery Definition

For return eligibility purposes, "delivery" is defined as the date the carrier marks the shipment as "Delivered" via tracking information.
