At SoPoly, we take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order poly furniture right here in Georgia. Please review our shipping timelines and costs below.

ORDER PROCESSING & CUTOFF TIME

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST), or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Handling Time: 2–30 business days (Monday–Friday). Because each piece is made to order, handling time varies by product and current production schedule.

Transit Time: 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday) once your order ships.

Smaller items typically ship via parcel carrier and arrive within 2–5 business days. Larger orders may ship via LTL freight and can take up to 7 business days for delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

  • Parcel: Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • LTL Freight: Larger or heavier orders ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery (driver will not bring items inside or up stairs).
  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Remote or limited-access locations may incur additional fees or extended delivery times.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may have longer handling times; please contact us for specific estimates.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@sopoly.com.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
  • You may drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
  • If you prefer a pickup, additional charges may apply.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and in new, unused condition.
