• Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

• All orders require payment in full before production begins.
• We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Sales tax will be applied where applicable.

• Standard lead time: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
• Quick Ship items: 1–4 weeks where available.
• Delivery is curbside unless white-glove service is purchased separately.
• Customer is responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
• Custom orders cannot be returned or canceled once production begins.
• Restocking fees may apply.

• Residential use: 20-year limited warranty.
• Commercial use: 5-year limited warranty.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper assembly or care.
• Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims.

SoPoly Manufacturing, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dodge County, Georgia.
